Erika Harber

Erika Harber was appointed vice president of operations in January 2021 after a 15-year tenure at LendingUSA. She joined LendingUSA in 2005 as the director of operations and was instrumental in establishing all business processes throughout the company’s earliest days. Erika’s leadership skills elevated her to director of strategic initiatives in 2017 before finally securing her role as a key member of the leadership team.

Erika began her career in the healthcare industry, initially as a call center manager for 1800mysurgeon and, later, as the operations manager for MedicalFinancing.com. Professionally, she prides herself on her business operations expertise and has a particular affinity for managing multi-unit operations, contract negotiations, and account management. Erika’s unique combination of analytical and critical thinking skills enables her to work cross-functionally to ensure that each new initiative is seamlessly executed.
