With a high level of independent decision-making authority, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead the strategic development and enhancement of company’s proprietary lending technology stack, including origination systems, servicing platforms, and automated decision engines.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of advanced technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
  • Oversee the architecture and management of both structured and unstructured data systems, ensuring optimal data governance and utilization.
  • Establish technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements in the lending industry.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technological innovation that drives business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies including cloud-native that can provide competitive advantages in the fintech space.
  • Ensure robust security, scalability, and reliability of all technology systems under management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners and vendors.
  • Define and implement best practices for software development, system architecture, and technical operations.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of technology initiatives.
  • Lead Cybersecurity technology risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive innovation in lending technology through proof-of-concepts and pilot programs.
  • Oversee the strategic direction and optimization of enterprise systems including CRM, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence platforms.
  • Drive data-driven decision making across the organization through effective implementation and utilization of BI tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration between core lending platforms and enterprise systems to provide a unified view of customer data and business metrics.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related field.
  • Requires 8 years of experience in job offered or as a Lead Consultant, Project Lead, Team Lead, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or a related field. Required experience must include experience in C#, ASP.NET, Docker, Container Orchestration, MongoDB, SQL Server, Agile/Scrum.
